The Cheyenne Regional Cancer Center opened its doors in January 2014. In the new center, patients have access to multiple cancer related services and therapies under one roof. This helps patients and their families navigate what could be a complicated treatment into a seamless experience. The Cancer Center and its state of the art equipment cost $30,000,000, of which Foundation donors contributed approximately $3,500,000.
However, our work isn’t finished. Naming opportunities are still available and pledges can be spread over multiple years. For more information about how to give, please contact Vicky Fry at (307) 996-4510.
The Foundation welcomes donations to provide ongoing support to the Cancer Center and its patients. Donations can be directed to the Foundation fund of the donor’s choosing.
- The first is the Cancer Center Services Endowment which provides funding for free services and therapies to patients, including massage, support groups, educational materials, art therapy and wigs.
- The second is the Cancer Center Building and Technology fund which provides funding for state of the art medical equipment in the fight against cancer.
In recognition of gifts of $500 or more to the Cheyenne Regional Cancer Center, the Foundation will place a customizable brick in the Patio of Hope near the Cancer Center’s Healing Gardens.
