Alexis Glasgow, CNA, Same Day Surgery

“Not only was Alexis responsive – she was in our room within seconds – but she opened the door with a smile and attitude that lit up the room! Alexis set the bar very high for patient care and made a standard surgical visit much more enjoyable. Thank you, Alexis, for making me feel like more than a patient!”

Laura Margheim, Case Management

“We had a patient take a turn for the worst. When we reached his wife, it was determined that she didn’t have a way to come see her husband. Laura went to pick up this patient’s wife in the hopes she would make it in time to be with her husband in his final moments. When the patient passed, Laura sat with his grieving wife while waiting for the chaplain. We are lucky to have Laura at CRMC.”
