Knott, Jonathan R., MD
Dr. Knott loves working with athletes of all ages to help them at every level of competition and in any age in life in their desire to get back to performing the activities they love. After graduating from his formal orthopedic surgical residency training, Dr. Knott completed an additional fellowship year in Orthopedic Sports Medicine to further his skills in treating athletic injuries and performing arthroscopic surgeries including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair and more. In addition to Sports Medicine, Dr. Knott treats all orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Knott pursued a career in medicine because he found that the two things that brought him the most joy were being able to help others and being able to fix and thing with his hands. He chose to become a doctor after crossing paths with an orthopedic surgeon who explained his role to Dr. Knott and the happiness it brought him.
Dr. Knott’s number one joy outside of work is spending time with his wife and three kids. Additionally, he loves the outdoors and has always loved the mountains. “I have always been drawn toward the solitude and majesty they provide. I can always find personal solace when I am outdoors.”
