Request a Group Tour or Visit
Thank you for your interest in taking a tour of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center or in having your group make a special visit to perform or provide gifts.
Below are the most common areas where we provide tours:
- Admissions
- Cancer Center (prosthetic/wig room, yoga/lymphedema room, radiation therapy machines, library and connecting bridge)
- Food and Nutrition Services
- Emergency Department (depending on how busy they are that day)
- Medical Imaging
- Wound Care/Hyperbaric Chambers
Other areas may be available, depending on the nature of the request.
Tour lengths are typically 45 minutes to an hour.
We ask that tour/visit requests be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure we can make the proper arrangements and have time to provide your group with a great experience while you are here.
If you’re requesting to have your group perform or bring gifts, please share when and where you would like to visit so that we can let those managers know and arrange to have someone from the hospital escort you.
We recommend that any children in the group be in third grade or above to ensure they can understand the information being presented and because a hospital setting can be upsetting for young children.
We do allow photos in areas where patients are not present or being cared for, and only after we have received a signed consent form from the group leader.
