EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024: CRMC Billing is Going Paperless 
Current guarantors enrolled in paperless billing should see no change.
The following guarantors will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing on July 01, 2024:

  • Guarantors with an active MyChart account
  • Guarantors without an active MyChart account and an email on file

Email notifications will be sent to the email on file notifying you that a new billing statement is available along with a link to access the statement. MyChart users can update that preference through MyChart under “Manage Preferences”.

Users who do not have a MyChart account and no email address on file will continue to receive a mailed paper statement.

If you wish to receive paperless statements, but have not provided an email address, please contact (307) 996-4777 to provide this information. You may also enroll in MyChart below.

Guarantors that wish to Opt Out of paperless statements may do so by calling (307) 996-4777.

Why are we going to paperless billing?

  • Statements will be received in a secure, fast and convenient manner
  • This affords CRMC to continue to offer interest-free payment plans
  • Improves staff productivity
  • Decreases returned mail
  • Decreases paper waste

How to Make a Payment in MyChart

  1. Go to MyChart.
  2. Click on “Pay Bill as Guest.”

    • NOTE: This allows patient payment without a MyChart account. You will need your Guarantor account # and last name, or, if paying on account for other guarantor, use their information to locate their accounts. If you don’t have this information, please call (307) 996-4777 for assistance in getting the information needed.
  3. Enter in Guarantor account # and Last Name and click Look Up.
  4. Once account is located, enter in the amount and payment method.
  5. Select your payment method:
  6. Confirm your address and payment information.
  7. Click process payment.
  8. You will see a confirmation screen showing that your payment has been processed or declined:
