Sajbel, Jen, MS, RD, LD

Jen worked at CRMC from 2000 to 2006 and returned in 2016, where she continues to serve as a PRN Inpatient Clinical Dietitian. In addition to her role at CRMC, Jen covers long-term care and rehab facilities in four other states. She will celebrate 40 years as a Registered Dietitian on October 1, 2024. Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in General Dietetics from UW-Madison, WI, and her Master of Science in Wellness Program Management from CSU in Fort Collins. She keeps busy by exercising with friends, singing in two local choirs, trying new recipes, and running her Airbnb.
