Merrick, Montanna, PA
Montanna Merrick, PA-C joins CRMG following her graduation from Creighton University. She completed her training in Omaha, Nebraska and Phoenix, Arizona.
“I originally wanted to be a physical therapist,” Montanna says of what led her to become a PA. “After working as a PT aide for a few years, I realized I wanted to be more involved in patient care and be able to treat patients in various aspects of their health. While in PA school, I fell in love with the operating room and being able to tangibly fix a problem.”
Montanna’s care philosophy is best summarized by “cura personalis” – meaning “personalized care” – because she does not believe in a one fits all approach to health care.
Montanna grew up in Wyoming and finds having the outdoors to explore is one of life’s greatest blessings. She and her fiancé love to camp, hunt, hike, snowboard, go to the lake, travel and hang out with their families.
“Although I prefer to be outside, I also love a good rainy day every now and then, snuggled up with my two pups and reading a good book,” says Montanna.
