Biography

Taylor West became a provider to help patients achieve the highest quality of life, no matter their health conditions.

“I chose cardiology because everyone has a heart and optimizing cardiac health has a great impact on the quality of life,” Taylor said. “I believe in building strong partnerships with my patients so we can achieve their heart health goals together.”

Taylor enjoys working at the CRMG Heart and Vascular Institute because of the collaborative approach when caring for patients.

When not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as running, cycling and other outdoor activities.

Diabetes Education

Our Diabetes Education team helps adults and children manage their existing diabetes, or avoid developing type 2 diabetes altogether.

Heart & Vascular Services

Our aim at the Heart and Vascular Institute in Cheyenne is to save lives, preserve function, and enhance the quality of life for every patient. HVI not only provides medical care to heart and vascular patients but also offers services related to kidney care (nephrology) and podiatry. We believe that maintaining the health of our heart and vascular system is crucial for overall full-body health.
