Walk-In and Outpatient Testing
The Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Cardiopulmonary Department offers both inpatient and outpatient testing options, including Arterial Blood Gas sampling, EKGs, and EEGs.
Walk-in testing
Walk-in testing is available for EKGs and for Arterial Blood Gas sampling and analysis Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
When you arrive at the CRMC West Campus, check in at Admissions on the 1st floor.
Outpatient testing
To complete outpatient testing, you must have both a Physician’s Order and an appointment, which you can make by calling (307) 633-7701.
On the day of your test, please arrive 15 minutes early and check in through Admissions on the 1st floor. Once you’re checked in, someone from Admissions will escort you to the Cardiopulmonary Department, where a Respiratory Therapist will be waiting to greet you.
Prior to testing, we recommend reviewing the instructions document (linked below), which includes important information about how to prepare for your test, what happens during the test and when you can expect to receive results.
