At Cheyenne Regional, we prioritize your financial well-being by offering interest-free payment plans for patients seeking to settle their outstanding account balances. Our goal is to provide a supportive and flexible approach to managing healthcare expenses.

To initiate an interest-free payment plan, please visit the Cashier or Financial Navigators at our main campus, or simply call our dedicated Call Center at 307-996-4777. Our team is ready to guide you through the process with care and expertise.

Payment plans are tailored to suit your needs and are coordinated with the guarantor within the following parameters:

· For balances between $100.00 and $1,800.00, enjoy a term of up to 12 months.

· Balances ranging from $1,800.01 to $4,560 qualify for a term of up to 24 months.

· For balances between $4,560.01 and $9,000.00, benefit from a term of up to 36 months.

We enforce a minimum monthly payment of $50.00, ensuring a manageable approach to repaying your balance.

Upon establishing the payment plan, your initial payment is due. Subsequently, you will receive monthly billing and paperless billing through MyChart, streamlining the process for your convenience. Additionally, payment plans will be arranged with automatic withdrawal by Cheyenne Regional using a debit or credit card, simplifying the payment process for you.

In cases requiring further flexibility, our management may approve monthly payment arrangements for up to 48 months following a review of the guarantor’s financial situation. Additional documentation may be requested as needed.
