Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Front Entrance to be Closed Tuesday due to Arrival of New MRI Machine
January 3, 2020
Cheyenne, WY—Access to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s front entrance at the intersection of 23rd Street and House Avenue will be blocked from about 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, to allow for a new MRI machine to be unloaded and moved into the hospital’s medical imaging department.
The new machine will be transported into the hospital through its main entrance, near the admissions department.
The intersection of House Avenue and 23rd Street will be closed during this time due to the presence of a semi-truck and crane and the heavy equipment that will be needed to unload and move the MRI machine.
Due to the blocked intersection, CRMC’s valet service will move to the first floor of the hospital’s south parking garage on Tuesday. The service is expected to return to the hospital’s front entrance on Wednesday morning.
CRMC’s emergency department entrance will be open on Tuesday but will only be accessible from Warren Avenue.
