Iype, Ann, MD

Ann Iype, MD completed her family medicine residency training in June 2024. She chose family medicine because it is the primary point of health care for people and where she feels she can make the most difference.

Dr. Iype believes in helping patients achieve better health every day and loves family medicine for its unique ability to offer continuity of care.

“My philosophy is to focus on the patient as a whole, which includes treating the disease as well as being proactive about preventative measures,” Dr. Iype says. “I also believe in being a good listener and empathizing with my patient.”

Dr. Iype’s husband is also a physician at CRMC and they have a son. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys traveling, reading fiction and trying different cuisines.
