Biography

Sandhya Maradana, MD joined CRMG in June 2023 after completing her fellowship training in endocrinology at UMass Chan Medical School.

Dr. Maradana became a physician because of the joy and gratitude the servitude of medicine brings and became interested in endocrinology because it creates long-lasting relationships with patients. “I deeply value the importance of a therapeutic alliance between a patient and their endocrinologist,” Dr. Maradana says. “I am interested in caring for diabetes patients and helping them improve overall cardiovascular health. I believe in the philosophy that small steps can result in big changes by adding one small but sustainable step during each visit.”

Dr. Maradana and her husband enjoy being in nature and hosting family and friends. Her favorite activity is learning to cook new recipes from scratch.
