Rivard, Daniel D., MD
Dr. Daniel Rivard is the Medical Director of CRMC’s Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
Dr. Rivard is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Rivard helped CRMC establish its Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care program.
