Sikora, Alexa, MS, RD, LD
Alexa attended the University of Missouri, where she completed her clinical nutrition internship and earned a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She has been an inpatient and outpatient dietitian at CRMC since 2021. Alexa is passionate about helping people heal from the inside out and is dedicated to providing personalized nutrition care that supports overall health and wellness.

Inpatient Nutrition Services
The Food and Nutrition Services department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center features a team of Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients.
Outpatient Nutrition Services
Registered Dietitian Nutritionists provide nutrition counseling, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and nutrition education services.
