Her expertise encompasses behavior management, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, family conflict, substance abuse, intellectual disabilities, autism and suicide prevention. Sarah utilizes therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), moral reconation therapy (MRT), trauma-focused CBT and play therapy.
