What to expect as a Behavioral Health Services patient
Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Services offers inpatient and outpatient programs to support patients who are experiencing a behavioral health need on their pathway to recovery. The Behavioral Health Services team is committed to providing outstanding patient care in an environment that supports growth and respect for our patients.
Our interdisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses and licensed therapists. Treatment begins with an initial evaluation. Our professionals then work in partnership with the patient to create an individualized treatment plan focusing on recovery. This plan may include individual therapy, group therapy, couples counseling, education and support in an outpatient setting. For patients experiencing an acute episode of behavioral illness, we have an acute adult inpatient unit to offer care during this time.
