Become a Hospice Volunteer
Cheyenne Regional’s hospice team is looking for caring, emotionally mature volunteers who are committed to the mission of hospice care.
As a hospice volunteer, you’ll be fully trained to provide support to patients, families and friends, as well as assist with:
- Emotional and spiritual support
- Respite care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Reading
- Writing
If you’re interested in becoming a hospice volunteer, please stop by the Davis Hospice Center (6000 Sycamore Road in Cheyenne) to pick up a volunteer application packet. Volunteer orientation classes are offered regularly.
