Prenatal Classes & Education
Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is proud to offer a variety of high-quality classes and education related to childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, and parenting.

Postpartum and Newborn Care Class
Class topics will include vaginal birth care, breast care, menstruation, postpartum depression, getting ready for baby, newborn care, safety, newborn appearance, umbilical cord care, diaper changes, feeding choices, and newborn growth and development.
Infant Safety Class
Class topics will include SIDS and shaken baby syndrome.
Online childbirth class
In this class, you’ll learn all about the birth process and medical procedures through instructive video clips, animations, and interactive games. You’ll also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories, and you’ll even have an opportunity to create your own birth plan!
