Chandlor Lampert, BS, CEC, CRM

Chandlor Lampert, BS, CEC, CRM, joined Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) and Sodexo in the fall of 2023, bringing a deep passion for culinary arts. Chandlor honed his craft at Le Cordon Bleu MSP, learning the intricate techniques and history of cooking, and later attended the University of Minnesota to delve into the science behind food. Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to work in prestigious kitchens, including James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred establishments, gaining invaluable experience alongside top chefs from around the globe.

Chandlor moved to Wyoming to be closer to family following the passing of his great-grandfather, who was a significant source of inspiration. Before joining CRMC, he worked at Little America Resort, where he held various roles over the years and met his wife, Dana, who he credits for his achievements and growth. Chandlor is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, a Certified Restaurant Manager and is certified by ServSafe as both a manager and proctor. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he continues to expand his culinary knowledge. Outside of work, Chandlor enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, hiking and exploring new dishes to create.
