Elizabeth Guadarrama
Liz Guadarrama is the Senior Administrative Assistant for Food and Nutrition Services at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC). With 9 years of experience at CRMC, Liz attended Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL, earning an associate’s degree in criminal justice in 2004. Her career in the food service industry spans 29 years, including 8 years managing restaurants and 12 years as a healthcare food and nutrition supervisor. She began her role as a supervisor in Food and Nutrition at CRMC in 2010 and transitioned to her current administrative role in 2012. Liz briefly moved to Florida in 2016 but returned to CRMC in 2021, resuming her administrative position. Raised in Cheyenne, Liz was active in rodeo, FFA, 4-H, and participated in Cheyenne Frontier Days as a Dandy. In her free time, she enjoys camping, visiting the lake, and spending quality time with her family.
