Heidi Tatum, MSN, RNC-NIC

Director of Professional Practice

Heidi is the Director of Professional Practice at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She recently obtained her Masters in Nursing Education. She began her nursing career in 1997 and spent the majority of her bedside nursing career in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing. During that time she honed her skills as an educator by becoming a director for the Neonatal Resuscitation program. She has worked at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for 18 years. During her time at CRMC she has provided mentorship for many new graduate nurses in various capacities such as training new nurses at the bedside and by developing fellowship programs for new nursery nurses. She currently serves on the Nurse Residency Advisory Board.
